The house opens up directly onto Thamien Park, providing a wide open grass area as your front yard. Thamien Park also provides a tennis court and modern play structures for the kids to use, all within site of the front patio. The Guadalupe river trail runs adjacent to the house providing a walking and biking path along the Guadalupe canal. The home is equipped with 3 flat panel wall mounted televisions and a central sound system provides music throughout the house. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch television and a complete home entertainment system. Every room has wired internet connections, and wireless internet is available anywhere in the house and on the patio.
Besides staying in a house many travelers will rate the best in Santa Clara you will be in a vibrant safe neighborhood with a wonderful variety of cafes, restaurants, grocery shopping and services all within a short walk.
